Consignments
We accept consignments of just one item up to complete estates.

Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Our policy on consignments:
We charge a sliding scale consignment rate on all consignments. This rate
is calculated for each item separately.
Checks are usually mailed on the Monday 2 weeks after each auction. After
premier auctions, Berner's will pay the proceeds within 21 days of the
auction. Checks are mailed to the address listed on the consignment
agreement sheet.
Example:
$100 lot - $72.50 net proceeds
$500 lot - $392.50 net proceeds
$1000 lot - $817.50 net proceeds
$5000 lot - $4417.50 net proceeds
Commission:
50% $1 to $10
25% $11 to $100
20% $101 to $500
15% $501 to $1000
10% $1001 and higher
Accumulating Rate per lot sold.
